Sara Beth Yurow
Sara Beth Yurow is a pop-punk artist originally from Kailua, Hawai’i. You may have seen her singing with YouTuber Guitaro5000 in his viral series “Sing With Me”, partying in Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, or on Netflix in Yes! Day, Moxie, or All-American to name a few.
She began writing songs at age 10, and taught herself to play guitar at 15. Trained in both Modern Technique and Classical Italian Voice, she got her first taste of professional entertainment when she appeared as a back-up singer to Rachel Platten for the 2016 ESPN Pro Bowl Pregame Show. That experience, coupled with appearing on Hawai’i Five-0, and representing Susan Page Modeling in Disney World at the semi-annual Talent Inc Industry Showcase, inspired Sara Beth to move to Los Angeles to pursue music professionally, where she met her producer, Warner Songwriter Natalia Bortolotti. Twice Grammy Nominated for Engineering & Sound Design on Dua Lipa’s “Future Nostalgia '' and “Intentions” by Justin Bieber ft. Quavo, Natalia’s other credits include work with Katy Perry, Demi Lovato, and Post Malone.
Sara Beth’s EP “Mischievous”- taken from her Hawaiian name Makale’a (Hawaiian for ‘mischievous eyes’)- pays homage to every part of her; from her local girl roots on “Cuz I’m in Luv”, to her Rock N Roll edge in “Don’t Wanna Be Strong” & “Spin”, dipping into production herself in “Twenty One Night Stands”, and the intersection of them all in “What About”.
“Mischievous” is set for release January 26, 2024, with supporting singles “Twenty One Night Stands” and “Cuz I’m in Luv” now streaming on all major platforms.
